Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii!
Howzit?!
My first post!
I got the "vintage steel" disease and have been researching about them online and I end up finding great info on this forum, so a big mahalo to all you folks who share your knowledge and passion. I look forward to learning a lot, especially with vintage Italian road bikes and components!
A hui hou!

So far, Italian brands, but also looking for an old Trek touring. I just got into this around last April through a coworker friend of mine. He used to be a racer from back in the day, & he turned me on to this Eroica craze. I started a thread in the C&V section to see if anyone is going to the Japan event. Anyways, just scouring what I can find in my local Craigslist & of course eBay for bits & pieces. It’s been fun learning about vintage road bikes, although I don’t compete, I’m more of a commuter/Century/fun rides with friends.

Welcome,
Lots of good reasons to ride steel. Many people decided those Italian builders knew what they were doing. Enjoy yourself here.
