1981 would suggest other changes- cast top eyes with Colnago - different chainstay stuff, the foil faux chrome, then soon the stamped COLNAGO into the chainstay, initially too far forward where the big ring overlapped… later fixed.
what is going on under that aluminum block on the rear brake bridge would be a definitive answer.

brake bridge
The flat for the brake side looks like a non-recessed braze on. And the clunky concave bridge washer looks more like it secures the brake where the acorn nut alone let it flop around.

The Super sits with c. 1970 Cinellis as one of the bikes I wish I (still) owned. I was smitten when I rode my track bike down to CycleSport in Park Ridge, NJ in 1973 to buy a sewup and was exposed to a row of Rolls Colnagos, all in blue. I was in awe, but close to broke. I have a mint 54 cm Master that I would probably trade if the right 52-53 cm Super came along. Such a sweet bike, though as has already been pointed out, is probably c. 1980. The pedals are earlier, the Super Record headset won't fit on a properly cut steerer originally fitted with a Record, and that GS rear derailleur is an odd thing to find on a Super. I think the claim of all-original is probably in error. Checking date codes would help clear that up a bit.

That bridge hole is pretty big, probably would accept an Allen key nut, need to test, the threading on the pivot bolt needs to be extended. Way back we emery cloth removed the chrome and threaded the bolt, cut off the excess. Campagnolo did not provide brakes with the Allen fixation feature for quite a while, or I should note the importers did not order them until the old stock was very low.
another approach would use a better fitting saddle washer, one side is of a shape that would fit the bridge much better, and be sure to use a decent stainless washer under the nut.
