Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm probably the wrong person so ask cuz I'm generally not scared of walking through the hood. But lately that area is pretty good. It gets scarier in some pockets as you go south and east from that area.

Why not get one of those driverless taxis though (Waymo)?

Sick time? What's that? I have not had a job with "sick time" since the 1980's.

Sigh.

Buyer beware, it's easy to get confused. The fake pseudoephedrine is called SUDAFED PE, previously called SUDAFED PE CONGESTION:

Shopper tip: if it's on the shelf, it's not pseudoephedrine.

My most painful medical procedure happened during the re-attachment of my amputated half finger. They stuck a needle into the bone a time or two. I was glad they did that though.

Perhaps.

It would be a honey of a thread, if it happened. Of course, stopping by Walgreens for a 192 pack of Sudafed would be an idea.

nah. Close should work for that as long as I pay attention to how tight the end cap is. It should demonstrate the same binding if that's where the differences are.

EDIT; Thinking about it now. I could just remove the freehub spacer and the bearings and it's spacer and measure it with a caliper. I'm pretty sure I could find a piece of tubbing at work that would work as the surrogate.

Still on the market here, and still works

It's through Marriott, so should be fun as long as we just keep saying "no". If this one sucks we will just skip them in the future.

I have never gone to one of these because I suck at saying no.

Edit: reminds me of the family guy James Bond Spoof. “I am James Bond and no matter how many times she says no, yes is a yes”.

Wrong on so many levels.

If it was me I'd probably jump on the light rail on central, get off at the stop after McDowell (not for safety, just convenience). Only $2 single trip, $4 for day pass last time I rode it.

I've done resort stays where they try to sell you a "package." Spend time at a sweet place in Sedona for $75 a night instead of $300, have to hear them try to sell this great opportunity. Pretty easy for me to say "Thanks for the offer, but no thanks" and "No I don't even want bottled water and a bagel, thanks again"

Yes, it looks like it was pulled from the shelves of some of the big pharmacy chains in the US, but it's still "on the market".

The "still works" claim, however, is controversial. From the US FDA, 2023-09-14:
The committee discussed new data on the effectiveness of oral phenylephrine and concluded that the current scientific data do not support that the recommended dosage of orally administered phenylephrine is effective as a nasal decongestant.

I used to use herbal ephedra recreationally, for sporting activities . Would the Dougs classify this as drug use?

Is it a vacation club share? I’ve stayed at them, but generally just pay nightly rate.
