Mixing brake mineral oil brands?

The lever has gone spongy on my Tektro hydraulic brakes (HD-290). I have no clue what brand of mineral oil is in the system (I assume it is what came stock with the brake).
So the question is - could I get away with a lever bleed, using whatever mineral oil for hydraulic brakes is readily available (e.g. Shimano) for topping up, or do I need to do full bleed, replacing all the oil in the system?

My mountain bike SLX brakes were filled with Shimano fluid and I have bled them a couple of times with Finish Line mineral oil. The first one after cutting the hoses to install the brake when new, 7 years ago. No issues so far.

I think one of these days I should replace the oil though... they're still on the oil that came with them when new.
