It a respect cycles minivelo, well that's the frame at least. I built it up with a Java carbon fork I got off eBay, shimano Zee cranks, a custom wheel set with velocity aeroheat rims and a BMX 9t cassette hub in the rear and a disk hub in the front well that's the highlights at least.

You can get it at https://respectcycles.com

I am pretty sure the frame has clearance for 1.5" tires

I am running 1-3/8" tires

Well then find a origin8 bully, I have fat tires on mine (20" x 1.95 maxxis hookworms) and horizontal dropouts although mine is setup with gears and disc brakes.

You can set it up as single or multi-speed

looking to be easier said than done. They are appearing to be not very common in the states. Also discovered f1 bmx and did a little reading on them.

That 35mm Kojak he has on there is all you'd need for urban use. The 700c version grips like snot so I'd bet it would be damn near impossible to break the 20"er loose.

Another vote for Kojaks. I've run them in 20'' on my minvelo and my folders. Good grip and low rolling resistance.
