Wheel lacing 2:1 rim with flip flop hub

I got myself some new rims for my fixie with a 24 hole rear and a flip flop hub but the rims have 2:1 drilled hole and I want to lace in a 2x pattern with the spokes I have... not sure if that will work or safe to do so. With the holes not being alternate drilled I’m not sure the best lacing route as hoping to go 2x with my lacing.

can I just ignore the drill hole angles or will that create issues with the strength on the rim?
