Got a new bike so here I am
I recently purchased a Marakkesh and am looking to get it outfitted with some accessories and so decided to join up here to read/ask about what works from those with more experience.
I’ve been biking most of my life. I replaced an old commuter hybrid I purchased in ‘02 that I’ve been using for light touring for the last few years with the Salsa. I’m also the proud owner of an 2014 Xtracycle Edgerunner that I’ve been using as a kid transport for my 2.
Living in Chicagoland has made the cargo bike purchase like a second car. But I’m not a hardcore winter cyclist (yet), though I do ride into December most years.
Like i I said I’m here mostly for advice on accessories but also to learn more about how others handle multi-day touring.
