Use mini v-brake with linear pull levers?
sorry, found answer with a google search.
"You can use long pull levers with Mini-V brakes, but you have less mechanical advantage and you may not have as much braking power (or, you'll have to squeeze the lever harder to get that power). This is generally advised against."

You didn't ask, but if you have long pull levers and can use regular V brakes you'll be much happier with them than with minis.
