You're going to love it; it is the smartest and best way to carry a bike for the needs you described, because it's easy on/off, small and portable, and eliminates bike frame mounting concerns since it secures through the front fork and through the rear wheel.

I've been using SeaSucker Talon for several years, and think it's the bee's knees; I've used it on all sorts of cars of my own, and when I can get a friend to drive, I can quickly throw it on theirs! Bonus!!

Thanks! I anticipate that my setup will look similar to yours.

Maybe it will stop my wife from complaining, "why can't we take my new Lexus instead of your old Honda?" Fine, let the dog ruin her seats.

BTW, has anyone used one of these for a tandem?
