headset
It took me some time to sort out how the headset works.
Quite different from regular DAHON design, or any other folding bikes.

It doesn't appear that the Clinch is available in the US. I wonder why not?

Looks like a fun and rigid ride unlike many folders with lots of flex.

Bring it into a bike shop and ask the mechanic to check the HS for looseness. That would be a few minutes of entertainment!
with it though, you really need a front fender. Too much crap to clog it up for adjusting.

I was not familiar with this model. Very sleek design. I like how you put yours together.

Pragmatic..

Duct or better, Gaffers tape on the underside of the fork crown won't be much of a weight penalty..
to just cover up that part shielding against wheel sprayed grit..
Might be a plan to order the necessary shop tools .. before you need them.. ..

Already did something similar. A plastic cap to cover it.

Gorgeous build - I assume that's a "takedown" rather than a "quick fold", GTA?
Where were all those pictures with the graffiti taken?
Dahon is weird with availability. I'd found out at one point that one model available world-wide actually had a separate version for the US that lacked a few features - the Vybe, I think. Models seem to come and go, features and colors as well.

CLINCH has a tool set plugged in the handle bar, with which you could easily "fold" it.
However, I don't do that often, so didn't equip it.
Some pictures were taken in an area called "798" in Beijing.
