Curious: OS20 on a folder?
We know that the "regular" 451 rim/tire sizes will fit into the frames and forks of most folders, but has anyone tried fitting OS20 rims and tires?

OS20 is just marketing jargon referring to 451 parts. The limiting factor is the tire size since that will determine the total diameter of the wheel and whether that will then fit into a frame/fork. Only way to know for sure is to find out the current dimensions of the "stock" wheels and then see what the equivalent 451 wheel diameter is. Or of course you could measure the actual frame if physically present. One example is a frame meant to take a 406-50 should be able to take a 451-28.

If my own measurements are anything to go by (and I'm sure they're not,) I'llnneed to remove my fenders because a tire that's just shy of 21" in overall diameter won't clear the mounting brackets.
With that being said, I know for a fact that a 47-406 (20x1.80) tire will clear just so, but a 451 tire that's as wide as 1.85" (or even 1.60", in the case of the Tioga Powerblock OS20) might not.
As you said, though, we can't know for sure unless someone actually tries it.

Like I said, the total diameter of the wheel is the determining factor. A 451-28 is roughly equivalent to a 406-50. So if a frame is designed to fit a 406-50 as its max size tire, then it will fit a 451-28 but no way would it fit a 451-50.

I should've said "typical BMX" instead of just plain "typical," or, more specifically for me, sizes between 1.75 and about 2.10 or so. I know for a fact that a 406x2.10 is just about as wide as I can fit without it rubbing the chain in first gear, and still have a comfortable few millimeters of clearance to the tubing. And I see your point - a 451 tire that's as wide as the wider 406 tires (i.e. greater than 37mm/1-3/8) is very likely to be too large in overall diameter to clear the fork steerer/brake caliper bridge, even if it clears the fork blades/seat stays/chain stays. Thanks for pointing that out.
