When you honestly dont know how many bikes you have on your property,
when you look at abandoned bikes several times before making your decision.
I sold over 30 last year..I think

When the LBS lets me scrounge in their used parts filing cabinets while He is in front with a client.
He also lets me take his stuff home for polishing on my buffer.

When you spend enough time at your LBS that they offer you a job. You accept it, work there 2 years and still come back every summer to work on the weekends.

When what initially caught your attention in meeting your wife years ago was when you were admiring the fine, thin metal-work on her braces.
