Fondriest on Marketplace, value?

Hi all. I've stumbled across a Fondriest in need of a tidy up on Facebook Marketplace for 150 GBP (also on eBay auction, currently 12 GBP but 5 days remaining on auction with a few interested bidders already). I'm pretty uneducated on bikes, and recently started learning bit by bit, but a Fonriest, with Columbus tubes and Shimano 600, felt like maybe something more valuable, once it's had some TLC. Am I mistaken?
I was considering taking some bike maintenance classes and thought this could be a project.
I've not yet posted enough times on here to be allowed to embed images, but I've uploaded the photos to a gallery on my profile if people want to see them there.
Thanks for your help.

today the Fondriest marque is the property of an entity termed Esperia

they are the owners of Torpado and several other names as well

cycle appears roughly mid-eighties so likely predates Esperia

The frame's paint and the fork look pretty rough. That's what I look at first for a potential project, because I know I can more easily sell it if the original finish is nice. It would, though, make for a fun project. It will need a complete and thorough overhaul of everything. Gara isn't great, but also not bad. I doubt anything much wider than a 25mm tire will fit. Be sure to check for any frame damage, cracked rims, or seized parts. Probably worth $150-200 "as-is."
