That's a fun looking bike.
Holy smokes redline, that is one ugly ass rear dropout.

So you are the filthy bastard who bought the bike...I had always wanted a Circle A and thought there is no way Chris is going to stop in the next few years, I can shore up some cash to get one built, then I found the post on teh eBays and was like damnit I need that but no have monies! It is a sweet bike, take care of it as it is an end of an era. I got lucky recently a dude rolled though our shop with a Chapman Cycles Mixte (Brian Chapman used to work at Circle A) he had built up using vintage as fux components and we chatted for over an hour about it and vintage stuff.

But I ended up giving in and buying this bike from my co worker who was selling it. Turns out its a near perfect fit.

Elegant setup, particularly for a bike with that many moving parts. Good job on the build. I assume you ride it only on tortuous trails given the tiny chainring.

What's going on with that saddle? Do you just have a cover on it?

Yeah it's a leather saddle (S-A) that is almost completely stretched, so I keep a Brooks cover on it full time. It's not much to look at anyways, but it's perfectly comfy. This is going to be my rando bike, so it will be experiencing a lot of wet weather.

Very nice! I always liked internal cable routing. Looks like you missed a spot by the brake lever though.

The tape job is a bit sloppy, def... I rewrapped the tape that was on there before the levers. Eventually I'll replace with some nice Cinelli tape I got from Scrod.

Looks clean, you thought of cutting your rear brake cable?
