V brakepad gets dirty easy

My v brakepad gets dirty fast.i use a file tool and alcohol to clean.in the photo below i cleaned it and tested my brakes but noticed the pads got dirty and shiny in the middle mostly.
i even cleaned my rim with soap and water and alcohol but that didn't really help.

What can i do?

Get some new pads. Those look dried up and hard, plus it looks as if they are pretty worn.

I find that orange brake blocks are easier to analyze for dirt. I then scrape the surface of the brake block with a sharp exacto knife for 20 seconds, which gets it back close to the original orange color.

I'd try Kool Stop Salmon pads. They brake pretty nicely, and seem to do a better job staying clean than most.

Have you riding in wet conditions or simply crossing puddles recently? Every time my rims get wet, the brake pads generate a gray abrasive paste that gets the entire surroundings covered in it.

The braking performance is also worsened. I clean then as part of my routine maintenance every two weeks. Works like a charm during dry season. When it’s rain season, as it is right now here in Brazil, I do it after every wet ride.

+1 Had pads that looked like the OP's once. Switched to Kool Stop Salmon-the only pads I'll use now.
