1961 Biscayne OMG, three on the tree, smooth and quiet 6. Young people would get in and thought it was an electric car cause it was so quiet. They also questioned where the gear indicator is. It was the Police car in John Waters' movie Hair Spray.

I learned to drive in my fathers Willys Overland. I think it was a 51. 3 on the tree. I remember that the windshield wipers ran off the intake vacuum. They would barely move at idle.

The drivers door was permanently shut as the wind had caught it
one day and ripped it off it's hinges.
Bench seat, no seat belts, no radio.
It was a putty colour.
No matter how dirty it was, it always looked the same.
It was stolen some years later but I still have the ownership and the keys.....
I played in a band and we could fit all of our gear and 4 guys in the car.

Ah, you're a musician too? I knew I felt a kinsman-ship. I'm mostly retired now, but I spent many years traveling around in rickety vehicles playing bars. I still play, but arthritis keeps me from selling myself as a pro player. That's me on the left. This photo is almost 10 years old now.

I've got a black band on my right wrist as I'd broken my hand the week before and
thought I'd "jazz up" the cast with electrical tape....
That's a 1978 Musicman Stingray bass.

1954 Mystery Club Bike

Appears English with a made in Canada sticker...
Found this catalogue page from Sunshine Bicycles 1953
Chainring and stem look good.
That red/burgandy was a Sunshine colour.
Sunshine Bicycles came out of Waterloo, Ontario and were mostly known for balloon tire style bicycles.
Despite the made in Canada sticker I think this bike was assembled from mostly British parts.
I can't imagine the company investing in new tooling for a limited line of 3 speed bikes.

Very interesting bike. I don't know anything about the brand, but there looks to be a lot of original features intact. These older roadsters are getting harder to find all the time. I love the classy little touches like the painted rim centers with pinstripes.

What's missing?
I decided to service the headset today and found a washer missing and the top nut unable to make up properly. Maybe it had a headlight bracket on there at one time. Anyway, I probably have a suitable washer that will fit if I dig through a bin. Threads and races cleaned up nicely and no need to push out the cups IMO, so some fresh bearings should make it good for another half century or so.
And as far as three in the trees go, the first one for me was a '47 Chevy that jumped out of gear every other time you drove it so you had to pull over and physically push the shift fingers under the hood back together before you could continue. I gave that thing away and even paid the tow truck
Edit: Would a Sports have had one of these on it on the seventies?

Tragic?
Looks like not one, but two different kickstands have been molesting my chainstays. I can't stress about it too much though, I'll probably cover that up with yet another two legged version.

I found a chrome headset washer that fits nicely but discovered I don't have quite enough bearings to fill it back up. Had to order some in.
