k2 Escape
Hey all, new here.
This might be a thread revival, but I actually just purchased a K2 Escape from craigslist. It's my first bike, so I have nothing I can compare it to off the top of my head. It's a K2 Escape hybrid bike, and I'll list the parts here so you all can tell me if the bike is good or not.
Here is a pic:
This is the exact bike I have, in this crimson red color. I think it looks great.
I'll post the part brand names when I look, (too lazy, its in the garage), but I do remember on the frame, it reads "6061 aluminum frame" or something like that.
Based on the pic, good bike?

Fixed the picture link for you. Also, as this is a hybrid bike, I'm moving this to Hybrid Bikes forum (from Road Cycling). Carry on...

Good parts with a sweet frame. Riding with straight bars can get tiring after a while. North Roads or Albatross bars would look classy on your K2 and you can go
aero on the curves in a headwind if you want to.

Nice bike! Now get that seat levelled, and go pound some miles.
Do you know what year it is?

I didn't even know that K2 made bicycles. If it is as good as their skis it will be a fine ride.
