New SS build: Panasonic DX 2000
I was given this bike in 1997. It's a 1980 model. After a few years, I changed out the original components and used it as a comfort bike. Then a couple years ago I made it into a fixie using one of those white industries rear hubs that will tighten the chain on a bike with vertical dropouts. Well, I decided it was time to improve it again. I just got it back from Got it Covered Custom Powdercoating in a fresh gloss-black. Any suggestions? I'll use that white-industries rear hub again. I have a brooks leather saddle. I'm thinking "crit-bike" looks. Any other suggestions?

I asked advice at the LBS. Decided against "crit-look". I'm planning to ditch the 2012 FSA crank I had been using since 2012, and put the bike's original Shimano crank back on. I'll use newer 700 C wheels with the fixed gear side of the flip flop hub. 32mm tires (yes, they fit), Brooks saddle. Newer rim brake, front only. 80s vintage MTB pedals with old-fashioned clips. I haven't decided if I'm going to use original drop bars or comfort bars or a flat, MTB style bar. I'll try to post better pictures when it's done.
