Going to try this soon, some questions,
- Where did you start and park ?
- How busy was it, paths and trails around here are swamped with people currently, like to avoid that.
- It’s gravel ?

Being the first decent day for weather ... it was pretty busy
Trail is completely paved.
There is an additional 3 mile or so section that we started on ... Map here
This section isnt as busy

Thx for the info., I'm coming up from L.I. so likely would start in Harriman.
Didn't know it was paved. That's too bad, was looking for a place to ride my gravel bike, LOL.

A little further north is New Paltz .. there is an unpaved trail there if your interested.
