It it is all Campy, I wouldn't change it just to get better shifting. It shifts.
I know, I was spoiled and had a SunTour Supurbe once. It shifted so well that I never thought about getting Campagnolo, but since you have it already, and it defines the character of the bike, I would keep it as is.
