Is this a real Falcon?
I spotted this bike on CL today. It is a poor photo, so I can't determine if it is a real Falcon - never seen one with a black stem.
There was no asking price, no model name, and hardly any description of the bike. I was thinking it may be something built by a company that bought the Falcon name.

Really hard to tell from the tiny photo, but sometime in the late 70's-80's the Falcon decal changed from red on a white field to a red script. I think they starting building bikes in Asia at about the same time.

Crown and head lugs do not look like anything I have ever seen on a UK constructed raptor.
