Fork and Shock Advise
I just got a 2018 YT Capra. I'm currently 6'5 and 275 lbs which i know is heavy for mountain bikes. I was hoping someone could let me know the ideal air pressure for my Forks and Shock. They are the the 170MM rockshox lyric fork. any ideas?

Not really. You get your sag in the range YT specs and then tweak the air pressure up and down from there to get it to feel how you like it.

Find a friend to help! Suspension set up is an dynamic process as terrain type, weather, how broken in your bike is, etc all play a role. Start with the set up recommended in the bike/manufacturer's manual and then go from there.

nice bike, and good advice already provided.
Set the sag and ride your local trails and fiddle to your own preferences.
For example, I prefer mine a tad more than usual. YMMV

Sag is generally set at 20% (+/- 5%) of suspension's full travel for XC use (forks with 100-120mm travel), 25% (+/- 5%) for trail (130mm+). You should be wearing your full kit with shoes and your hydro pack when setting sag. Put in enough psi so you get 25% travel of the 170mm when you sit on the bike.
