Today I searched for the best torque wrench for bikes and decided to buy the Venzo Bicycle Bike 1/4 Inch Torque Wrench which has already been recommended to me by many friends and this blog too. Even though, I haven't yet done the purchase. Would highly appreciate your opinions on this.

Plenty of garbage on Amazon. Jeff Bezos needs more money he is just barely a multi-billionaire. If you want a good torque wrench get a good torque wrench if you just want cheap then I am sure Jeff Bezos will get you covered and you will help him stay out of the poor house.
For those looking for a good torque wrench, Effetto Mariposa Guiztaforza, Wera Bicycle Set Torque 1, Topeak D-Torq Wrench DX, Snap-On 1/4 TechWrench would be some great choices. There is also Pedros and Park which make some decent enough wrenches as well.

Sigma BC 7.16 cycle computer. Pretty basic wired model but it does plenty: speed, distance, time and clock. 👍

New beater bike to be transformed into a track / street bike. It's an FBM Sword.
I also got a Thomson seatpost collar to match my stem and seatpost ... I felt a bit ridiculous buying it but it's going to be sick

A set of Crank Brothers Egg Beater 1 pedals nib off the 'Bay - I'm flirting with going clipless on more bikes after having a good experience with my old Egg Beaters on the Dingle-Drive Raleigh. Also the world's driest Brooks B15, which after soaking up half a small tin of Proofide appears to be ready for action!

Welp, I decided to pick up a computer so I can finally be sure of just how slow I am
Ended up scoring a smoking deal on the Bryton Aero 60. Pretty impressive unit for the price I paid. The older screen tech vs Garmin/Wahoo doesn’t bother me and the unit has been great in its as-of-yet limited use.

The ]Lezyne is going back for a refund. Gauge never worked consistently, or I never cracked the code in connecting.
Blackburn sent me a free Core Bike Floor Pump replacement and it works fine.

Just got another Sigma BC 7.16 cycle computer, so now both of my bikes have them. Pretty basic wired model that does what I need. I like the O-ring attachment better than cable ties that slip and aren’t reusable. 👍

120x0 EA90 stem upgrade from an equally nice Ritchey WCS Trail 110x0 stem. Brought the bars up a smidge and my saddle forward 10mm, lighter too. Feels great, very happy with it.

I just went on a Snap-On truck for the first time...BYE BYE MONEY!
I actually wanted the set of stubby ratchets anyway and was planning on purchasing them just not today not now especially not now that my financial future is a little in the air for a short bit but I let the tool ***** in myself win out.
It is an 8-14 set and I also added the 7mm which was the main one I have the most burning need for once my rear brake comes in, I will need to bleed.
I figure wrenching on most bikes I rarely need a long wrench in these and especially in a potential travel box or at least one I am trying to cut weight down on it would be nice to go short. Certainly some big jobs that require length but I do have tools for that or can build a cheater bar if need be. However for fenders, racks and such these would be perfect.

The Indian dish Aloo Minum doesn't usually get me excited but damn that looks good. Sort of a Hey let's make a Cannondale Track with better looking track ends and a larger downtube. I approve fully. Keep us in the loop with photos.

thanks! the original cannondale track with a wound up fork is a look I've always drooled over. wanted to do something similar but with a 1 1/8" head tube, water bottle bosses, and clearance for 28mm tires. once it's built I'll post it up in the photo thread.
