Camping - Reliance TN South of the Hiawassee?

I'm planning a few days in the woods and would like to camp east of Reliance on the south side of the Hiawassee River.

I'll cross to the south side of the river at the power plant bridge and then look to camp.

Does anyone know of any decent primitive campsites from mile 49 to 59 on the route linked above? How about along Wolf Creek/Forest Road 236?

As an aside, does anyone know if the train tracks are used for freight or only for the scenic railway?
