How to make my ebike speed faster??
Hello, so currently I have a 36v 10.4ah battery paired with my 36v 750watt wheel conversion kit (front wheel). Its a 24 inch bike. My current max speed is 24mph. If I buy a larger size battery will that increase my speed? What is the biggest battery I can buy that will work safely with my motor??

Your top speed won't change, as your controller governs that. The motor itself can give higher speed with more volts, but running a 48v system could burn it out fast if it's not engineered for it.
A bigger capacity 36v battery will mean you can hit your current high speeds for longer, without it cutting out and having to use lower speeds for range.
The bigger the capacity, the more amps your battery can give without there being too much stress on it.

Some 36V systems use controllers rated for higher voltage. For many, the next step up is 63V, and you can use a 52V battery (14s charges to 4.2V per cell or 58.8V) and increase your speed (but that also depends on the amount of amperage the controller is rated for). You need to ask the manufacturer or open the controller to determine its capacity. You can learn about this with the motor simulator at ebikesca. The "experts" at endless sphere usually say 750w (20 amp controller X 36V = 720w) is good for 18 - 20 mph, and 1500w (30 amps X 52V = 1560w) for 32 - 35 mph as an estimate, although there are other considerations that will make this more complicated than it already seems. As an example, I have a YESCOM 1000w motor with a 30 amp controller. With a 52V, 10 ah battery, it easily exceeds 33 mph. BTW, IMO, a larger battery with the same voltage isn't a viable solution.
