Infinity Seat
I am seriously considering an Infinity L1X seat for my hybrid. If anyone on BF has personal experience with this seat I would really appreciate hearing your opinions. Thanks in advance!

My wife absolutely loves hers. She tells me it is the best on the road, it is ok (better than anything else) on the trainer indoors but it feels different when riding on the trainer compared to on the road.

You can always buy new bikes but you can't buy a new butt! Worth every penny to find the right seat.

This. Have Infinity seats on both my bikes. This year did100-80 mile rides. Also 5 day biking at 50 mile plus a day and no sore/discomfort butt at all. Why would I use anything else?

I agree. Fortunately my butt isn't quite that expensive (Fizik saddles fit me great) but after using a Brooks for over a year and never being comfortable on it, I get it. If the saddle is even a little uncomfortable, you will reduce the amount of time you ride. If you don't notice your rear-end, you'll keep riding. As long as you protect it from theft, a saddle lasts a very long time so the annual cost isn't much and the benefits outweigh any price. When all is said and done, you won't look back and think about how much you spent on the saddle, you will just remember the great rides you had!

Brooks
I struggled with finding the right seat for a long time. Finally broke down and paid over $100:for brooks b17. It suits me fine , most comfortable seat I ever had. It is unfortunate heavy but still worth it for comfort. I have it on my modern carbon trek bike.
