Rear pannier rack size

Does anyone know if a Tubus Vega 29" rear rack is wide enough to accommodate a plus size (3inch) rear tyre or will i have to buy a rack for a fat bike?

The Touring forum may be a better place to ask. The Touring Store is out of business, but still has lots of info: https://thetouringstore.com/thetouri...-bicycle-rack/

Sounds like height rather than width might be an issue.

Yep.... rookie mistake. This forum is for fitting you to the bike, not fitting stuff to the bike.
