Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I had a Cybertruk on order but cancelled it because I decided that it wouldn't fit in my garage.

So, I need some advice on something, and you people are as good as any to give it.

Some of you know what happened to my old club. How one member tried to stack a meeting and basically stage a coo and take over the governing body from a couple of people that had held the club together for literally years.
The couple were ride director and president at the time, myself and a dozen or so members all quit the club in protest.
The guys I ride with on Thursdays and on zwift were also in this club and most quit and joined other clubs.
I refuse to have anything to do with the people that caused all the problems. including ride with them or any ride they are on.
There is this effort by some of the Thursday guys to try and reintegrate those people back into the group. I want nothing to do with it.
Yesterday, he was on the zwift ride. I thought about it for about 2/3rds of the ride, then ended my participation in the meetup. I finished the ride just not with the group.
He is on the invitation list for the next ride.
I'm a little pissed at my buddy for inviting this guy, they know how I feel about him. I kind of feel like I got stabbed in the back. Again.
I haven't accepted the invitation at this time. I'm not likely to if he's on the list. I think my buddy is being passive/aggressive handling this in this manner. He should know I won't let this stand.
Im going to miss riding with them. But I won't risk my other friendships over this guy.

That's a tough one. I usually advise forgiveness and reconciliation whenever possible, but it's a very personal/private decision so you may need to do what feels right.

The link still works, but Microsoft tells me that it's risky.

Maybe BF doesn't allow quoted caps for users that are on a short leash.

Only one point now, soon to be none, probably.
