GB Handlebars and Huret RD
I have a set of GB "All Rounder" handlebars, as described by Sheldon Brown, https://www.sheldonbrown.com/org/px7.html in decent condition, I believe they would polish up well. I planned on using these upright bars but I've had a change of direction. $20 Shipped.
Huret RD, Not perfect but in rider shape. I was going to donate this one to the coop but first I figured someone might have a use for it for a French build.
