Unapproved Visitor Message
I had a Unapproved Visitor Message today. It was from a noob asking for help with posting pics. After reading the message the flag didn't clear on the Notification Bell. I eventually found out that I had to approve the message to get the flag to clear. Or I guess I could have deleted it or rejected it. But interesting that this just started. As I had to also clear the unapproved message from several years ago too. Though the message count was 1 even though there were 2 messages.
I'm not sure what the reason is for the Unapproved Visitor Message classification. Seems to be just messages you get from noobs with less than ten posts. How else would any other message be able to come to me except from a member, noob or not.
And why should I have to approve or disapprove of them? Isn't it enough that I simply read them? Or do I now also have to do the same with any PM?
