Does 700c tires and wheels with drop bars on a 650b/27.5 MTB frame count?

2013 Fuji Absolute 2.1 with Schwalbe Marathon reflective tires before my pre-dawn ride this morning. If the drivers can't see me, they aren't paying attention...

2018 Norco Indie 3 in Slate Blue lrg frame.
Went to visit Dad on my "new" Indie. I wanted an all around bike that I could jump on without putting on "riding gear".
This was a Pawn shop owner's personal bike that was listed as Like New. (Other than some puddle spray it was)
Got it for half price what the LBS's sell them for . The group set is lower than what I would normally get (ie Deore +) but they seem to be working fine for now.
Aluminum frame/chromoly fork with 700c/45's @ 58psi suit the City streets. The Ergo grips aren't that comfortable and will be replaced.

FWIW I'm not a fan of ergo grips, but yours seem to be angled wrong and they are very angle dependent.

The Ergo grips have been replaced by regular tubes. While I was at it, I shaved off an inch on both sides of the bars. I don't feel like I'm steering a bus anymore....

Here is my 2012 Specialized Sirrus. I have replaced the handlebars with Velo Orange Crazy bars, the seat, and the tires from the 32mm to 40mm Kenda Kros Pro tires as half of my ride is on dirt.
Sorry about the shadows

I was gonna post photos of my baby but it seems that I need to have at least 10 posts to be able to attach pictures. Such an unnecessary rule.

Hi Newspaper Nick, Welcome to Bikeforums. Where do you hail from? Chat around the board a little and you'll have your 9 posts in no time. I look forward to seeing your ride. What is it? ........ Greg

It is a Giant Seek 3. It was originally an urban/hybrid bike. I tried to turn it into some kind of a gravel (yeah, i have fallen prey to the gravel hype). I fought with dropbars and tried to adapt my riding style for like two years and finally gave up, got back to flat bars with barends. My "junk" threw a party for that reason. It took me a long time but i figured out that dropbar is a love or hate kind of deal. Now i am all about hybrids. And i want one of those Jones H bars god damn it. They are too expensive

Well at last I've reached 10 posts so now i can show you my ride. It is a Giant Seek 3.
This was taken the day i bought it.
Then i quickly turned it into some kind of a gravel bike (as it was what i wanted all along) and rode it like that for 2 years.
Finally I gave up on dropbars, as I couldn't really get used to them no matter what i did. Here is how it looks right now.

More current pic on my Norco Indie with the Ergo grips replaced and handlebars shortened. Added micro-LED lights front and back. Also, went back to Shimano SPD pedals vs platforms.
The pic shows the Slate Blue colour better.....

Here is my picture of my 2019 Cannondale Quick 3 in Vulcan Green. I am really liking Cannondale. Always bought Trek, but wanted something different this time, and I heard some good thing about Cannondale. So far so good!
