Source for Simplex Shifter Parts?

Hey Guys... I picked up a pair of Simplex retro frictions tonight at the co-op...but...they're missing some washers and the bolts (bolts are no big deal). Oh yeah, someone painted them tan as well.

In this exploded diagram: https://www.ventoux.com/simprf.jpg I need numbers 3526 (x2) and 3527. The 3526 can probably be scrounged from something else. Note: I have the later sculpted teardrop ones so the outside washer (3526) is actually more like a finish washer with a recess now that I think about it.

Anyway...anyone have a source???

TIA
