That's a Canadian market Superbe, usually from around '61. Green, red, blue, gray and now black is on the list.

I live in Canada but have only seen the traditional colours. I've refurbished/restored quite a few British and Canadian Raleighs over the years, mostly Sprites and Superbes.
The SA three speed hub is a '69 and the serial suggests 1970. As a bonus, this one came with TWO fork keys. That's never happened before.

That's almost certainly a 1957. That was the year of the "white flash" head tube for almost anything and everything Raleigh made. And it lasted but a year as I suspect the masking etc to achieve it made no friends in the paint shop.
