Swytch customer experience

Hello,
I am Marc García, a Spanish student doing the Final Thesis. I am doing a business management case in order to improve Swytch efficiency on delivery and goods tracking. I need your help in order to collect past experiences from current customers.

Sherlock Holmes might be somewhat scratching his head here, are you actually a 'student' doing genuine academic research or are you an online marketeer for Swytch who are attempting to boost their reputation which isn't great (being kind), on other well know bike forums where people complain about ridiculous waiting times, shoddy parts, lack of communication and goods paid for not turning up??
