If you haven't done it already, the folks at the Bicycle Federation of WI might be able to help or give you suggestions. And maybe the folks at Wheel & Sprocket.

I know several places you could try, but I would highly recommend talking to Joyce Casey at the Zablocki VAMC in Milwaukee, on National Ave., near Miller Park. She is involved with community events for veterans, mainly with Spinal Cord Injuries, and Badgerland Veterans Adaptive Sports Club, which is a very active hand cycling club in the area. Dial 414-384-2000, and ask for Joyce.
If you can’t get her, try, Dr. Kenneth Lee, who is also involved with the Badgerland Veterans. Both Dr. Lee and Joyce had helped me a lot when I had my injury, and I’m cycling now because of them. The VAMC is right on the Hank Aaron State Trail, which goes all the way to the lakefront. It’s a lot of fun, and you get to know a lot of great guys to hand cycle with.
Hope that helps!
