Mrs datlas has noticed that I am looking more gaunt than usual. I am down to about 138 which is a few pounds below my baseline of 142-ish.
I tried to explain that this is the normal cycle (sic) as I increase my riding this time of year.
She will have none of it, and has taken it upon herself to "fatten me up" as her project.
Stay tuned.

Tomorrow looks like 50F to start and 70F to end. I think I will need leg warmers and arm warmers and a vest in order to handle the temperature changes.

Well, unless it's a damp 50°.

Last year I did a 200k that went mostly north/south through central/central-east WI. Best route I've ever ridden.

Yeah, wedges are great. Steak/Belgian/Chips are similar enough to me that I feel like it's splitting hairs to mention them separately.
Sweet potato don't belong on the list, though. I mean, I like 'em, but they don't belong.

Looking at those chili cheese fries almost had me on my way to Sonic for some, but we're in the heat of the day so I'm just gonna make some chili cheese hash browns here at home.

Maybe 12 years ago I dated a woman who lived in Harrisburg. I can solemnly swear that there is nothing fun to do in the city itself, unless you like miniature golf. The coolest thing was the tour of the state capitol building, but I have to believe that’s shut down right now.

Incorrect.
I'm walking the property, picking up a million sticks from the last rainstorm, I come around a corner and see a guy mowing the softball field.
wut
I went over and talk to him and he's from the tenant church that uses our facilities. Turns out they're planning to have an outdoor service this weekend since the church building is "closed."
Anyway, after toiling for weeks in obscurity, at last my mowing finally counts. Someone will be there to appreciate the finely trimmed lawn.
