Post your current weight, weight loss target, target date, and weight loss plan
On Mondays, you ca post your progress
Starting weight: 190 lbs
Current weight: 190 lbs
LBS lost: 0
Target: 170
Target Date: Jan 26th
Plan: Lose 2 lbs a week by continuing to ride 3 to 4 times/week. Cardio at gym a couple times/week. Balanced diet and caloric intake close to 1800 daily by cutting out the white stuff ie. sugar, white rice, flour etc. Have done this in the past and has worked.

Managed to lose 2 lbs through Thanksgiving. Man, that was tough with all the good food everywhere.
