1973 Bottecchia

Friends,

I have a green, 1973 Bottecchia. One owner.Looking to sell as I am getting a new bike. Any thoughts about the value? Normal wear and tear. All original except the Simplex derailer was replaced by a Shimano. Tried to post photos but site would not allow.

Based on the Simplex derailleur it's either a Deluxe or Unisex, with the former being far more popular. Lacking pictiues and based on normal wear and tear, it's worth no more than $100 US and possibly much less.

If you are the original owner, I'd rebuild it and just ride it from time to time. That's an old friend.
