Sunday from Saratoga up into the mountains and around to Big Basin. Should be about 75 miles with 10k feet of climbing. You're welcome to join. It'll be a casual pace, but that might be a bit more than you can handle if you're just starting out.

If you want to meet up Saturday morning for road cycling in walnut creek or danville let me know. Sleep has been really hit or miss lately, so I'm somewhat reluctant to make plans, but there's a route here that can become 30, 45, or 64, 72 miles depending on how awesome we both feel. There's also Canada Road in the Peninsula. On Sundays they close off a few miles of it just for bikers/joggers/etc. Then you can continue to Woodside.

This was the route I was planning on: https://www.strava.com/routes/12635325
I'll probably try again in a few weeks. I live over in the East Bay, but love big rides in the Santa Cruz mountains.
I'm always happy to have others on my rides. Feel free to pm me.
