Great, they have bike racks at all main entrances, showers in most buildings, and encourage it through our interweb, news e-mails, and stories.

Full support. We park the bikes in our cubes/offices, have membership in the gym down the street for showers and such, and good hydration and snacks in the lunchroom. On my floor there are about 15 summer riders and 5 winter.

My employer highly encourages it, pays me $200 a year (in addition to prize drawings) to not drive to work, has MUP's, has showers in most buildings, bike parking everywhere, and a bike shop.
Of course, it helps that I work at a university... Electric pimped out golf carts are all over the place as well.

Mine encourages it, and provides secure parking with an armed guard, with the bikes being logged in and out. When there were repair works to the bike parking area bike parking took the place of some of the higher ups car parking. The HR woman also suggested I commute by bike on day, not knowing that I already did.

Well, both actually. Local management are in full support of the idea but corporate doesn't seem to be as they have sent orders to not allow bikes in the store (Kroger btw, terrible company). They don't allow them as if something happens to it in the store, they can be held liable but not if it happens outside of the store....

Full support. Showers, lockers, bike lockers, (and in prime area close to rhe entrance) sponsored lunches for bicycle commuters. (hey lets all ride to lunch, and get the firm to pay for it!)
A couple of the heads here are avid cyclists, and activily encourage employees to cycle, and car pool, public transit etc. Our firm sponsors several cycling events around the world. It's one of the few advantages to workign for a giant consulting firm.

Short of showers, it is pretty good (bike racks, a few heated bike rooms). Actually, there is a shower on my floor, but it is currently broken and there are no plans to fix it.

Indifferent...the CEO thinks it is cool that I ride in, but it is lip service only. We do have lousy bike racks and a place to take a shower. BTW, I work in a hospital.

My company talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. I have a shower here in the building but it was part of the original design because it's a laboratory bldg. The shower isn't maintained in any way (I replace the shower curtain and clean up). We have bike racks but they're old and rusty.
There's a local organization that promotes smarter commuting choices (GoTriangle.org) and such. My co. puts up their signs and flyers here in the buildings but doesn't really do anything beyond that. I'm sure they put the signs up because it qualifies them for some sort of eco-friendly tax break.

The boss
My boss allows me to keep my bike in the shop and enjoys the fact that I have a "purse" on my handlebar
(canvas front bag) she thinks I have a good fashion sense. Although personally not interested in bike commuting, I get no discouragement at all plus she reminds me to wear my helmet and is concerned for my safety when riding. Its a nice place to ride to.

There's not even a cost to the employer. Lazy HR people.

I am the only commuter so it's not an issue. I park in the storage room and have complete access to the one shower.

I'm allowed to park my bike at my desk. Other than that, the company could care less how I get here.
My boss wants me to take a $50 taxi ride home, if I work past midnight. She says she'll reimburse me, but I would rather ride home anyway.

Well, I guess my vote isn't really credible as I am in the Navy. Everywhere on base has bike racks and the Command I'm at has a nice indoor bike rack. Sadly enough there are only about 4 commuters in the whole 200+ of people.

I work for a university, so overall it's fairly supportive. My boss commutes to work, so my department is supportive as well. No special rewards or anything, but my building has showers and the bike racks are fairly close. My only gripe is that I'm not allowed to take my bike inside according to university rules, although I have seen my boss do it, so I'm fairly confident that even if I did it, he wouldn't take issue with it.

The first day I locked my bike outside in front of the office. The 2nd day, my boss saw me pull up and insisted I bring it inside, said she wondered who's that was. That's about as supportive as it gets here, which isn't bad I guess.

Just talked to my manager about my planned commuting starting next week and bringing the bike inside. She said to talk to the plant manager because he was just brought in from the Netherlands and should be very friendly about getting me a place to store my bike. So I guess it may go from Neutral to Supportive in the next couple of days.

Not majorly supportive, but there's never been a problem with me keeping my bike in the office safe and sound, and there's been no objection of any sort. It's just a part of the way I am, I came to the interview on my bike and propped it up in the corner too, so *shrug*

They let me park in the break room or my office. In our last offices, I used to ride my chopper around inside the office. So I guess that's supportive.
