Wooden bike stand?

I remember a long time ago someone made a bike stand out of wood and it looked ridiculously nice. I believe he/she even painted a logo onto it? Cinelli logo maybe? Anyone remember? I'm looking to make myself a small wood stand to keep my bikes standing in my living room.

I made this one out of some shop scraps. Getting the angles right is kind of a pain. I need to make some more but never seem to have the time.

"Do-It-Yourself" red alert. If you like this idea, which I do, save the photo to your hard drive and/or print it out now. Yea, you can call it up later on the site....but this is a quicker, easier and more sure-fire way to have it on hand when you need it. Hoping to make one of these for my '78 Diamond Touring...a future centerpiece in my living room.

That's a good call. I host my own photos and once a thread is off the front page for a few days they get deleted. I get emails sometimes from folks wanting the images, and it's a pain to dig 'em up again.

On the stand, you want to remember to design it so it holds the front wheel steady and center or it will not work.

Restored 1915 Pierce Racer, that's been shown here too many times for another full shot.
