2020 Synapse Carbon Ultegra Di2 wheel question...

I just realized that my newly purchased bike does not have the Fulcrum wheels it is supposed to have, but has wtb st i19's instead. I was trying to fit the wheel sensor with no success, that's when I realized the difference and thought to check.
I can't even tell what the hubs are. Is it normal for a Cannondale bike be sold like this or is there something fishy going on here.
Any information you could provide would ve very helpful.

Thank you.

Manufacturers often make running changes during a run/model year due to parts price or availability issues. This is why their literature often has "specifications subject to change" language in it.

Replacing a wheel set with a heavier one? Looks like the wheels I have are the ones from 105 SE.
