Pcad's Cycling 101 for Freds. Lesson 3.
Yes, you can ride your bicycle in the rain. No you won't catch H1N1 or destroy the bicycle.
Do you have to be some kind of genetically engineered total friggin idiot to be a Fred or what? What's up with that?

Pop quiz already? PCadU is tough. No, Fred's come in all shapes, sizes and intelligence. The appearance of rain fools some Fred's into thinking they are breaking a sweat which triggers the "slow down" protective mechanism.

I like to ride in the rain because I can take a shower as I ride; two birds with one stone and all.

Just so I'm clear on the definition of a Fred.
If you're not a dou chebag, then you're a Fred. Is that right?

I like cool/cold weather riding. I think I look a lot cooler with tights and a "don't flatten me" bright yellow jacket than I do with shorts and a loose jersey. Maybe someday I'll look as cool as Prof. pcaddy. I bet he gets more ass than a toilet seat.

If you lived in a state where you could ride 350 days a year without rain I bet you'd feel differently.
