My new GT

Obligatory thread IMO! Its a 93 I presume Tequesta. I can't say enough about it. Don't want to stay off it.

Raining like no other here in cda so hence the bag treatment

I have two GT’s they are nice and overbuilt! That also means heavy. They still are my favorite mountain bike brand.

This bike just screams to be rode hard...and I did today in the rain of CDA. I can't sing enough praise. I have a Hardrock ultra that is similar vintage but being full racked etc just isn't as much fun! Although I love my specialized and its not going anywhere I thoroughly enjoy the gt and its weight (or comparatively lack thereof) and feedback. Simply stoked! Was considering a dual boinger this spring but for some unseen reason I just cannot get away from rigid MTBs. I might even have an 86 Schwinn high sierra with full racks/panniers coming in a month or so. I think I have a terminal case of rigid MTB fever lol!
