Hi. There is both an appraisals forum and a sales forum specific to classic and vintage. Get 10 posts so that you can post pictures because those will be needed for any kind of valuation. Once you can post pics post in the appraisals forum then when you’re confident in a selling price move to the sales forum (if you were looking to sell online).

There's also an on-site user gallery called "Albums." If you upload something there another forum member can post it for you, speeding everything along.

Used bikes of the upper entry to mid-range quality are very dependent on local market pricing. In some hot markets in big cities bikes are going for a premium these days. If your neighbour is 10,000 acres of corn in Iowa then your resale value is limited.

pic assist
Catalog says this is a 1988 model and the color is "Absolute Blue." (page 13 & 14) https://www.ragandbone.ca/PDFs/Miyat...logue%2088.pdf
Looks to be in great shape, but a picture taken from the other side is more useful.

No idea about Connecticut, but I'd try to get $200 in my market. This is assuming the bike is ready to ride with NO issues. If it sits awhile (~1 month) I may take $150, but I'd list it at $220 to start. If the bike was recently serviced, maybe a little more. This is in a covid market where bikes are in high demand. Pre covid, bikes were worth a lot less.
