would you buy a BFSSFG iro

it would be ~213 for an angus and ~161 for a mark V if we got 50 buyers I am thinking the angus because it is a far better frame for only like 50 mo dollas. so put yourself down if you would be willing to buy one.

edit: how the **** do you do this poll thing

I'd be very interested in an Angus. Im assuming size would be our choice. any possibility of getting a limited addition BFSSFG color?? cause that would be hot... although the people here would never agree on a color. either way, im in

Are they free as they could serve as advertising vehicles for BF? If so, I'll take two.

I'd probably be down for a mark v

for color I'd vote for either white or primer gray.

I'd thrown down for one- the crazier the color the better- neon green, hot pink, bright orange, etc. A totally garish and obnoxious 80s color scheme would be tits.

edit: I'd only be down for a crazy colored one.

Exactly! I think we would need to pick a color to represent this forum, which clearly would be the most obnoxious possible. somthing over the top. something only an a*s*o*e would ride...

I don't mean to be a killjoy here , but I think you (we?) should figure out all the details before we get a bunch of people comitted to buying one.

There are still some major things to be settled- shipping for one.
-Will tony/iro ship each frame individually or as one large freight shipment to someone where they have to pack and ship each frame, etc.?
-Does the price include individual/group shipping?

If tony ships out every frame individaully, how is that a group order- isn't that 50 or whatever separate orders all at the same time?

It might be easier for someone in philly or somewher in pa to rent a u-haul, drive out to tony and load up all the frames, then ship them out to people.

Edit: We don't even know if tony is willing to custom paint a bunch..so lets not get too far ahead of ourselves.

I would be in for a Mark V for sure...I am still up in the air on Mark V vs. Langster vs. the 'Hour'. For this price I would go Mark V for sure.

They pulled this off in the Road Cycling forum with a Pedal Force frame. Pedal force setup a special section of their site for the GB. People commited to buy a frame. Once there were 100 people in on the deal then a deposit was required within X days. Once 100 deposits were paid Pedal Force ordered the frames and people had until they come in to pay the balance. The frame cost included shipping and Pedal Force handled the shipping. This sort of arangement would be great if Tony would do it...but I want a lower price because I can pick my frame up.

If this would result in cheaper shipping costs for everyone(including everyone chipping in for transportation costs) I would be willing to do this. and there are enough people in philly that we can get together and have a packing/shipping party

Do they all have to be the same frame?
I mean, could some of us get a Mark V and others get an Angus?
Personally, I don't need another steel "trackish" fixie frame and I couldn't care less about unique color or graphics. However, I'd seriously consider a Jamie Roy or Mia with the discount.

Sadly, no. I ride the Mercier already and neither IRO offering is different enough for it to be worth me buying one.

But you know I'm always down to help and party, Ricky.

That's a really good deal on an Angus frameset. If all the logistics are solid (shipping, sizing, etc) then I could be convinced.

We'd probably keep Tony's costs down if we picked a colour that he already carries. I vote for white.

I really don't need another bike right now, but for $160 I'd be down for a Mark V, especially if it was in a crazy color.
