OMg, Sean is the best. I had told him to use the stock stickers, but after seeing a few pics here i told them to change them. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was too late, but he came through and the 2.0s that just arrived have the gray stickers. They look BAD ASS... =O

Here we go...
So I have a BikesDirect bike with Soul Wheels. Am I the biggest shill ever, or what?
Thanks again Sean for a smooth transaction. I'm definitely beyond excited for my first ride on them tomorrow morning.

OK so I went on my first ride on the 4.0s today. Upgrading from Akisium Race's was noticeably different. There was a stiff wind today (about 15 mph) and while this could all be in my head it seemed on the flats that with a headwind or tail wind I felt more comfortable. However, while descending with a crosswind gust I did get blown around a bit more than I was used to.
None of these things really have anything to do with these particular wheels, changing to nearly any 40mm wheel from a 28mm wheel would have the same effects. What I will say about these in particular is the extra weight wasn't noticable to me, and the ride was slightly stiffer than I was used to. The stiffness might not be for everyone, and I would suggest carbon wheels if you don't like feeling the road. I only did 40 miles, and I didn't mind the bumps here and there. Ask me again after a century ride and my opinion might change, we'll see.
So far after one day, I couldn't be happier, and the wheels were exactly what I expected them to be.

My soul s2.0s arrived today, 5 weeks after I ordered them. Something was apparently wrong with the C5.0s, so those are further delayed.
Black with black hubs and nipples, gray decals.
The titanium skewers...feel a little flimsy. I need to experiment with them a little. Used veloplugs instead of rim tape. They are unbelievably light, and the free hub is extremely fast. True out of the box.
They're currently on my Felt AR1, that has no "ultralight" components but weighs 16lbs now. Pretty awesome.
Here is the part where i was going to post pics, but my new dog just stated projectile pooping, so it'll have to wait until tomorow. Bike looks hot though.

He looks like how I feel when I'm done too.
Seriously, I hope I can get them with gray decals.
They look really nice.
What'd your Felt weigh before the wheel install?

Anyway, here are my S2.0s on the BMC I built last night. 19miles this morning, loving the wheels. I highly recommend them.
