I finished cleaning and assembling for now (minus clips and straps). I will probably play with gearing and the handle bars later on. For that reason, I reused the old cables and chain.

Thanks. I don’t think it was ridden much. It has lower tier components, which lack the awesome finishes of the high end components. I also really dislike polished rims. I was bummed when I found out these weren’t anodized.
