Help with Markin 5 seat

Hey everyone. I just picked up a marlin 5 trek, loving it so far. I went with the “medium” size 17.5 frame with 29 wheels I was sized for it. But i feel like the seat is just a little too high for me, barely able to put my toes to the ground when on the saddle. I cant drop the seat anymore than it goes, is there a shorter seat post I can change out on this to get a little lower? I know its getting stopped because of the mounting screws for a bottle etc. So its just the post being a little too long for me I believe.
