Unfortunately, Paris, does not represent ALL OF FRANCE.
It may be a great idea for Paris to implement this, to reduce the motor vehicle traffic, parking, etc..
I guess it's a good step towards "Paris Climate Accord".

One of my colleagues at work is a French citizen. He explained that this is PURELY about reducing emissions. This isn't the only incentive the French are using to reduce emissions.
